Does your Realtor even Podcast, Bro?
When Bill first got in the real estate business 21 years ago, there was no such thing as a smart phone yet and if someone asked what your zestimate was they were likely to be met with vapid stares. The world around us is changing at a lightening pace, and its our goal to stay ahead of all the latest trends to help our clients.
Whenever we talk about the market of the last few years, friends and family often warn "I know its good now, but it will change. You better be saving!".
We are definitely saving for the normalization of the market, but more than anything we have been investing, building out our business and marketing plan to create a company dedicated to offering unmatched service supported but one of the strongest marketing programs in the business.
For sellers, we do this through our Winslow Group 12 step marketing program which is designed around their specific home. It hits on all the most important elements of home sales including paid social media, direct mail, professional drone photo and videography, state of the art database management and so much more.
All these elements are critical to helping to maximize exposure on a home sale, however it is important for our Winslow Group team to maximize our brand and to attract buyers. In addition to lead management programs, client management software, and a consistent prospecting methodology we do this through brand building across multiple channels.
At the beginning of this year we began a partnership with Social Media Guru 4 You, a local company adept at brand building. We redesigned our logo, website, YouTube channel and Google presence and have since increased our number of followers and reach.
We are now working with the Gurus to create a new "And That's Why We Love Northern Michigan" lifestyle video every two weeks. Videos are short form and designed to educate people about various aspects of Northern Michigan life. We just dropped a new segment about the Inland Waterway which offers a 5 minute overview of this local gem. Our next video is in production and will highlight a day in downtown Petoskey and the surrounding area.
But we aren't stopping there. Up next we are taking a step into the Podcast space. I mean everybody who is anybody has a podcast now, right?
Starting soon we will release regular podcasts touching on everything we love and know from working together as a couple, to living out or faith at work, and market updates as well. We are looking at this as a way not only to build our brand but to serve out our calling to reach as many people as possible with the resources we have been given to help people achieve their real estate and life goals. We are excited to bring the first episode to you soon and will let you know as soon as it is live.
